GVA Worldwide closes in on transatlantic partnership with TCN Worldwide

GVA Worldwide, the international arm of Bilfinger GVA, has agreed a strategic alliance with leading US commercial real estate advisor TCN Worldwide.
Patrick Morrissey, Chairman of GVA Worldwide, together with H. Ross Ford III, President & CEO of TCN Worldwide and David Greene, Chairman of the TCN Worldwide Board of Directors, announced today that the international real estate advisors have agreed to create an alliance that extends the scope and capability of their respective organisations into key strategic markets.
TCN Worldwide, headquartered in Dallas, operates in over 200 markets worldwide, with 59 offices, primarily in the US and Canada. With over 800 fee earners, a real estate management portfolio exceeding 80 million sq ft and nearly $40 billion in transactional stock their member firms provide comprehensive market coverage.

The new partnership is a major statement of intent by GVA Worldwide as it significantly strengthens its broader international network to complement its existing strength in Europe.
