The GVA Difference
GVA Worldwide has adopted an organizational structure distinct from either a traditional real estate network or a corporate conglomerate. While GVA’s Board and shareholders manage the business, they promote a culture that unites completely independent and entrepreneurial firms. This approach offers partner firms, their clients and professional team the advantages of:

Principal Involvement
GVA is an organization run by the principals and owners of its partner firms. This senior level of involvement extends to business development, direct client relationship management and the implementation of major assignments to give clients assurances of accountability, quality control and care.

Independence
Partner firms are all individually owned, with little cross-equity policy and no single owner or shareholder to dictate the organization's course. At the same time a strong partnership culture ensures cohesion among the firms, even in the absence of the legal or fi nancial ties that typically characterize a global entity of this scale.

Accountability
Because of its ownership structure, GVA Worldwide can form long-term relationships that serve the interests of its clients, without consideration of any external investor or shareholder expectation.

Quality
The Board constantly works to enhance the quality of both membership and the services delivered to clients. Occasionally, this commitment to quality requires commissioning assignments outside the GVA membership, if this is in the client’s best interests; however, business will always be placed with another GVA office if the service levels are to an acceptable level and providing the client approves. If business is not placed with a local GVA office, the principal controlling that offi ce must always be advised of the reasons.
