  • CRE Experience, we have “walked in your shoes” – Many of the GVA Corporate Services staff has worked for corporate clients or in a CRE capacity.  While many real estate practitioners hold themselves out as having CRE experience, our professionals truly have strategically managed all asset types from headquarters to sales offices, R&D to land, warehouse/distribution to manufacturing including the acquisition and disposition of these assets, build to suit process, sale leaseback and government incentives.
  • Standing right of Substitution means Best in Market - GVA Worldwide partners may unqualifiably substitute non-GVA providers in any market.  While our GVA Partners are selected specifically to be of the “best in class” model, we respect existing relationships and often use a provider chosen by our client.  Such freedom allows us to maintain quality through effective account management without disrupting existing relationships.
