Bart Damner and Lent Howard, both from Colliers International’s San Francisco office, have been in commercial real estate for 10 years. Both will be vice presidents with GVA Kidder Mathews, where they will continue to specialize in office properties and tenant representation with a focus on clean technology and green technology companies. Damner has leased over 450,000 square feet of commercial real estate space and executed over 100 transactions. Lent Howard is a top producing agent and LEED Accredited Professional who began his career in real estate lending and transitioned to commercial real estate a decade ago.
