Patricia Loveall Named Broker Of The Year

SEATTLE, WA (November 17, 2009) – Patricia Loveall, SIOR and a senior vice president at GVA Kidder Mathews, has been named Broker Of The Year by the Washington State Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). The award recognizes leading brokers in the commercial real estate industry for their outstanding achievements in client representation, transactional volume, and community involvement. GVA Kidder Mathews’ brokers, well known in the commercial real estate industry for their high level of expertise, have received the organization’s award five out of the last six years.
