Overview
Moscow-based GVA Sawyer was founded in 1993 as a full-spectrum real estate services firm, providing agency, consulting, construction management, valuation, and development services to local and international companies.

GVA Sawyer’s first development project, Bernikovsky Embankment House, was the first speculative real estate project in Russia to be financed with institutional capital, and was the subject of a case study of the Harvard Business School. Other development projects of GVA Sawyer include Alexeivsky House, currently headquarters of the United Nations in Russia, Korobeinikov House in Moscow, and the Novocity project in Novorossisk, a phased 60,000 m2 mixed-use development in the center of Russia’s most important port city. Residential projects of GVA Sawyer include the Istra Hamptons, and the second phase of Pine Forest Estates, both in Moscow region.
